Join us on Saturday, September 12 for a special morning with Somerset-raised author Heather Schneller, author of Harper Bailey, Kindness Matters.

Inspired in part by Heather’s own story, this sweet children’s book encourages young readers to see the world through a different perspective and lead with love, kindness, and curiosity.

Heather grew up in Somerset and later raised her own children here. She is now a teacher, holistic healer, longtime volunteer, and founder of a nonprofit wellness studio in Maryville, Tennessee. She also spent years writing health articles for Somerset Magazine.

• 10:30 AM–2:00 PM: Meet Heather and book signing at The Laurel & Leaf Bookshop

• Bring the kids for the reading and stop by the shop afterward to meet the author!
